Account & Data Deletion

From the mobile app

Open Account → Support & privacy → Delete Unifyn account, review the scope, and confirm your request. You can also submit from this page using your usual Unifyn sign-in.

If you cannot sign in

You may contact legal@unifyn.ai from your registered email for ownership recovery and a deletion request. This is an alternative to the form, not a required step. Never send passwords, OTPs, MPINs, broker API keys, or tokens.

What happens next

1. After sign-in and confirmation, your request is recorded against your account and you receive a reference. Keep it to check progress or contact our privacy team.
2. Our privacy team processes verified requests and explains any legally required retention. We aim to complete processing within 30 days; if more time is required, we explain the reason and applicable deadline.
3. Your account is not instantly erased when the request is submitted. We provide confirmation after processing. You can follow up at legal@unifyn.ai.

Data covered by an account deletion request

Your request covers your Unifyn profile and contact details, authentication sessions, linked broker credentials and tokens, saved watchlists, stored preferences, paper trading data, and device notification registrations associated with your account, subject to the retention exceptions below.

If you want only specific data removed while keeping your account, contact legal@unifyn.ai with that scope. We will explain what can be removed without preventing the requested service from working.

Records that may need to be retained

Limited security and fraud-prevention records, transaction or billing records where applicable, legally required records, and records related to an active dispute may be retained for the applicable purpose. Backup copies may remain until their normal expiry. We explain any applicable retention period and exceptions when processing your request. See our Privacy Policy.

Before requesting deletion

• Subscriptions: deleting your account or uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel an Apple or Google subscription. Manage any active subscription through the store that billed you. See Refund & Billing.
• Broker accounts: deleting Unifyn data does not close your brokerage account, dispose of securities, or delete records held by your broker. Contact your broker separately for those requests.
• Sign-in providers: you can revoke access through your Google account or Apple account. Revocation alone does not delete your Unifyn account.
• Saved information: request any data you need before deletion. Once deletion is completed, the removed account data cannot be restored through the app.
