This policy applies if you have purchased a paid Unifyn feature or subscription. Availability and pricing are shown before purchase. Joining the early access list does not create a paid subscription.
1. Subscriptions and trials
Auto-renewing subscriptions renew unless cancelled under the terms shown at purchase. If a trial is offered, its duration, conversion price, and cancellation terms are disclosed before you accept it. Cancel before the renewal or trial deadline shown by your billing provider to avoid another charge.
2. Apple App Store purchases
Apple handles billing and refund requests for purchases made through your Apple account, subject to its policies. Use Manage Apple subscriptions to review or cancel a subscription. Submit a refund request at Apple’s Report a Problem page.
3. Google Play purchases
For Google Play billing, use Google Play subscriptions to manage or cancel a subscription. See Google Play’s refund policy and request process for refund options. Eligibility is governed by the applicable store policy and law.
4. Direct website purchases
For subscriptions purchased directly from Unifyn, refunds may be granted at our reasonable discretion within 14 days of the first payment if paid features have not been materially used. Renewal payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Contact support@unifyn.ai with the order reference and purchase date. Do not send full payment card details.
5. Cancellation and account deletion
Cancellation generally stops future renewals while access continues to the end of the paid period. Uninstalling the app or deleting a Unifyn account does not automatically cancel a store subscription. Cancel through the provider that billed you. Account deletion requests are handled separately on our Account & Data Deletion page.
6. Taxes, errors, and consumer rights
Applicable taxes and the total payable amount are shown by the billing provider. If a charge appears incorrect or duplicated, contact support and the provider that billed you. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
