Apple App Store: Unifyn uses Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement for the iOS app unless a separate custom EULA is expressly supplied in its App Store listing. The Apple standard EULA governs the iOS software license; the service terms below apply only to the extent consistent with it.
1. Scope
These license terms cover the Unifyn mobile application. Your use of Unifyn’s services is also subject to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. This page is available independently of the app.
2. Android application license
Subject to these terms and Google Play’s applicable rules, Unifyn grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the Android app on devices you own or control, for personal or internal business use.
3. Restrictions
- Do not copy, modify, redistribute, rent, sell, or sublicense the app except as permitted by law.
- Do not reverse engineer, bypass security protections, or attempt unauthorized access, except where applicable law permits.
- Comply with applicable laws and third-party service terms, including your broker’s terms.
4. Platform terms
Your app store’s terms also apply. Apple is not a party to your agreement for Unifyn’s services. Support is provided by Unifyn, subject to rights and obligations established by Apple’s standard EULA and applicable law. Google Play distribution is subject to Google Play’s Terms of Service.
5. Updates and availability
We may provide app updates, changes, or fixes. Features can depend on device compatibility, a supported operating system, network access, and connected third-party services. Updates remain subject to the applicable license unless provided under separate terms.
6. Financial information and simulation
Unifyn is a technology service, not a broker or investment adviser. Paper trading is a simulation. Illustrative market displays and simulated prices are not exchange-verified fills, recommendations, or promises of returns. Supported live orders are submitted through your linked broker, subject to account permissions and provider availability. Broker acceptance does not establish an exchange fill.
7. Termination and your data
The Android license ends if you materially breach its terms, subject to applicable law. You must stop using the app when your license ends. Uninstalling does not delete your Unifyn account or cancel store subscriptions. Visit Account & Data Deletion and Refund & Billing for those actions.
8. Warranties and consumer rights
For Android, the app is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law, subject to the disclaimers and liability terms in our Terms of Service. For iOS, Apple’s standard EULA applies to software warranties and license rights. Nothing here removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
