Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

These Terms govern your access to and use of Unifyn’s website, web application, and mobile applications (“Unifyn”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By using the services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Our services

Unifyn provides a technology workspace for charts, watchlists, supported broker connections, and paper trading. Features and integrations may vary or change, particularly during early access. Planned features are not a commitment of availability.

Unifyn is not a SEBI registered Stock Broker, Investment Adviser, or Research Analyst and does not hold client funds or securities. Your broker’s services are governed by its own terms. Supported live orders are submitted through your linked broker, subject to account permissions and provider availability. Broker acceptance does not establish an exchange fill. Paper trading is simulated and does not place orders on an exchange.

3. Accounts and eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Provide accurate information and keep your account details current.
• Protect your credentials and report suspected unauthorized access.
• You are responsible for activity under your account, subject to applicable law.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Where paid features are offered, the price, billing interval, renewal terms, and any trial terms will be disclosed before purchase. Auto-renewing subscriptions continue until cancelled. You authorize charges only for purchases you choose to make. Taxes may apply.

You can cancel a subscription through the provider that bills you; access generally continues through the current paid period. Refunds are covered by our Refund & Billing Policy. Apple and Google manage store purchases under their respective policies.

5. Third-party services

When connecting a broker or sign-in provider, you authorize the access needed for the requested feature. Third-party terms, permission scopes, session limits, and privacy policies apply. We do not control third-party availability, data accuracy, or outages.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not disrupt the service or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not misuse data, circumvent security controls, or infringe others’ rights.
• Do not reverse engineer or copy the service except where permitted by law.
• Comply with applicable laws and relevant broker and data-provider terms.

7. Intellectual property

Unifyn and its content are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service. All other rights are reserved. Third-party marks belong to their respective owners.

8. No investment advice

Unifyn does not provide investment, legal, or tax advice. Information and illustrative examples are for informational purposes. You are responsible for your decisions. Securities markets involve risk, and past or simulated results do not predict future performance.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Data can be delayed or unavailable. Do not treat illustrative previews or simulated prices as executable market prices.

10. Liability and indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unifyn shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or use. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid to Unifyn in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. These terms do not limit rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You agree to indemnify Unifyn against claims arising from your unlawful use of the service or violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct or otherwise prohibited by law.

11. Termination and deletion

We may suspend or terminate access for a violation of these Terms or a legitimate security or legal reason. You can stop using Unifyn at any time and request account deletion. Terms that by their nature survive termination will remain effective.

12. Mobile applications

Mobile use is subject to the Mobile App EULA and applicable Apple App Store or Google Play terms. See the EULA for the license terms that apply to each platform.

13. Changes and disputes

We may update these Terms as the service changes and provide notice of material changes where appropriate. These Terms are governed by applicable law, and courts with appropriate jurisdiction may resolve disputes, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
