Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

• Account information: your name, mobile number, email address, account identifiers, sign-in provider information, and profile preferences.
• Authentication and security: verification information, sessions, security events, and the information needed to protect access to your account.
• Broker connections: linked account identifiers, credentials you provide for supported integrations, session tokens, and data retrieved from your broker to provide the requested features. The information required varies by broker.
• Workspace data: saved watchlists, preferences, and paper trading orders and positions. Some layout preferences are stored locally in your browser or device.
• Usage and diagnostics: device and browser information, IP address, app version, feature interactions, and crash or error reports. Our products use Google Firebase services for analytics, diagnostics, and messaging as applicable to the platform.
• Notifications and communications: device push tokens, notification preferences, support messages, early access requests, and subscription choices.
• Billing, where paid features are offered: purchase, subscription, and transaction information supplied by the relevant payment provider or app store. Do not send payment card details in support messages.

2. How we use your information

We use information to create and authenticate accounts, connect the integrations you request, save your workspace, provide support, deliver requested communications, diagnose problems, improve the product, and protect the service against fraud or abuse. Purchase information is used to provide paid access where applicable. We also process information when necessary to comply with legal obligations.

3. Google and Apple sign-in

When you choose Google or Apple sign-in, we receive the authentication token and account information the provider makes available, such as your provider identifier, name, and email address. Apple may provide a private relay email address. We use this information to authenticate and associate your Unifyn account.

Google sign-in does not request access to your Gmail messages, Drive files, or Calendar. Unifyn’s use of information received from Google APIs is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements where applicable. You can manage connected apps through your Google or Apple account settings; disconnecting sign-in does not itself delete your Unifyn account.

4. Broker information and security

Broker authentication methods vary. For supported connections, Unifyn may securely store the credentials and tokens needed to maintain or renew your broker session. Stored broker credentials are encrypted at rest, and HTTPS protects data in transit. Access to linked accounts requires authentication. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Unifyn does not hold your funds or securities. Your broker operates its own services under its terms and privacy policy.

5. Information sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share information when needed with:

• Identity providers you choose, including Google and Apple, and brokers you connect.
• Service providers supporting hosting, infrastructure, security, analytics, diagnostics, and notification delivery, including Google Firebase where used.
• App stores or payment providers for purchases and subscription management where applicable.
• Support and communications providers to respond to requests and deliver service messages.
• Authorities or other parties when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect rights and safety.

6. Device permissions and notifications

If you enable notifications, we use a device push token to deliver messages. You can change notification permission in your device or browser settings. Disabling notifications does not delete your account or existing data. Device capabilities and permission prompts vary by platform and feature.

7. Cookies and local storage

Our website uses cookies and local storage for sessions, security, preferences such as your theme, and analytics where enabled. See the Cookie Policy and Privacy Choices page for available controls.

8. Retention and deletion

We retain personal data while it is needed to provide the service and for legitimate security, dispute-resolution, and legal purposes. Retention depends on the data and the reason it is held. Limited records may need to remain after an account deletion request for fraud prevention, legal obligations, or an active dispute; access to retained records is restricted.

To request deletion of your account and associated data, use Account & Data Deletion. Sign in on that page to verify ownership, confirm the deletion scope, and receive a saved request reference. You can also initiate the request from Account → Delete Unifyn account in the mobile app. Our privacy team processes the request and explains applicable retention exceptions; submission alone does not mean deletion is complete. Removing the app or revoking social sign-in alone does not delete your Unifyn account.

9. Your privacy rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete, restrict, or object to the use of your personal information, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Contact legal@unifyn.ai to exercise these rights. We may need to verify your identity. Where applicable, you may also contact your local data protection authority.

10. Legal bases and international processing

Where applicable, processing relies on performance of our agreement with you, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, your consent, or compliance with legal obligations. Information may be processed where we and our service providers operate, with safeguards as required by applicable law.

11. Children’s privacy

Unifyn is intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

12. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the service or our practices change. We will update the date on this page and provide additional notice of material changes where appropriate.
